When you request a quote we collect your name, ZIP code and address, phone number, email, whether you own the home, and details about your heating and cooling system. We also keep a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page). Contractors who contact us give us their business contact details and service areas.
To book and confirm your in-home quote, send reminders, follow up after the visit, answer your questions, and keep records required by law.
We share your request with the one contractor named when you gave consent, and with service providers that run our phone, text, email, scheduling and hosting (only so they can provide those services). We do not sell your information or share it with other contractors or lead buyers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
If you agreed to calls and texts, you can opt out any time by replying STOP or telling us.
We text only people who request a quote and agree to texts. Texts are about your quote request and appointment (questions about your home and system, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and a short follow-up after the visit). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party.
We keep booking and consent records for up to 5 years to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
